Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern ppctor.com, operated by Iberstar SRL, N. Balcescu, Bl. Camelia, Buzau, Romania. By using ppctor, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What ppctor provides

ppctor connects authorized Google Ads accounts with web and Slack tools. Depending on the connections and features you enable, it can read account performance and settings, audit Google Ads and Merchant Center, monitor and report results, calculate M.E.R. using read-only GA4 data, and prepare advertising drafts for human review. Some supported Google Ads actions can apply an audit fix or publish an approved campaign draft after the required user action. Published draft campaigns start paused; enabling one is a separate website action.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 16 and authorized to enter these Terms. If you act for a business or client, you confirm that you may connect its accounts, choose its Slack destinations and approve actions for it. Do not connect or publish to an account without its owner's authority.

3. Connected accounts and Slack

Google handles sign-in. You are responsible for your Google and Slack account security and for reviewing the access you grant. Google's consent screen describes the scopes requested; our Privacy Policy explains how we use the data. You can revoke Google's authorization in your Google Account. Disconnecting one integration may pause dependent alerts, anomalies or reports rather than silently sending them elsewhere.

People in a connected Slack channel can see ppctor's posts there and may issue supported commands for that channel. You control channel membership and must choose a destination appropriate for the account data shared. Do not use a channel for confidential client data if its members are not authorized to see that data.

4. Review and Google Ads changes

AI output, audits, alerts and drafts can be incomplete or wrong. Review account identity, targeting, content, policy compliance, spend and other settings before approving an action. ppctor does not promise that a Google Ads request will be accepted, or that a paused campaign will perform as expected when enabled. A successful upload is not an endorsement by Google. You remain responsible for your campaigns, account access and advertising decisions.

5. Third-party services

Your use of Google Ads, Merchant Center, Google Analytics and Slack is also subject to their terms and policies. Google Ads actions must comply with Google's advertising policies and the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions. Third-party services may change or become unavailable, which can interrupt ppctor functions.

6. Acceptable use

Use ppctor only for accounts you are authorized to access. Do not break the law, infringe another person's rights, submit unlawful ad content, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or usage limits, overload the Service, or use it to extract another customer's data.

7. Fees and service changes

Features currently provided without charge may later have a price. Any paid plan will be described before purchase. We may change or discontinue features, and will aim to give notice of a material change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Your content and our Service

You keep ownership of the data and material you submit or connect. You give Iberstar SRL the limited permission needed to process it to provide ppctor, including delivering requested Slack outputs and sending data to the processors described in our Privacy Policy. ppctor's software, design and original content remain ours or our licensors'.

9. Suspension and ending use

You can stop using ppctor and revoke integrations at any time. To request account deletion, email privacy@ppctor.com. We may suspend access for a material breach of these Terms, abuse or a legal requirement. Data retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that results or generated material are accurate, complete, lawful for a particular campaign, or suitable for a business decision. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or advertising spend. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount paid for ppctor in the previous 12 months or EUR 100. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law and changes

Romanian law governs these Terms. Courts in Romania have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. We may update these Terms and will identify the new date on this page; material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required. If you disagree with revised Terms, stop using ppctor.
