Separate missing creative, intentional preparation and actual live actions
Google Ads empty-ad-group audits for enterprise: review actual inventory and complete precise supported next steps
Understand which groups the audit inspects, why paused or disapproved ads are different from absence, and how to choose a clear pause or creative-creation proposal without implying launch readiness.
Define the enterprise's actual question
An enterprise empty-ad-group review should begin with the decision the organisation needs to make. The team may ask which groups lack ads, whether a named group is ready for launch or how to complete a particular creative setup. These questions need different evidence. The app should preserve the actual intention rather than treat every missing-ad finding as an automatic instruction to pause resources or generate new creative.
Establish the connected customer and relevant campaign. Central teams can manage similarly named regional campaigns and groups. A readable name helps recognition, while actual resource identity resolves the target internally. The proposal should show the correct campaign relationship without raw IDs or undefined parents. The owner needs to understand which resource the request concerns before judging the next step.
Agree a completion condition. A successful inventory can answer an absence question. A verified pause can complete a status task. A created ad can complete its resource-creation task while policy review and launch remain open. These are useful independent milestones. Combining them into a general group-fixed message can conceal missing requested effects or imply readiness that was never checked.
A useful audit can produce a decision to preserve current preparation. A group may be waiting for an approved offer, a destination or a planned release. Record the owner and next task instead of inventing ads to make a finding disappear. The goal is an accountable review of actual configuration and intention, not the greatest possible number of live changes.
Understand the inventory meaning of empty
The relevant audit compares its selected groups with observed ad rows. A group without observed ads in that population appears in the empty finding. This is an inventory condition. It does not establish every reason the group exists or independently quantify commercial waste. The enterprise should read the result as a concrete missing-creative observation with stated scope.
The conversational bulk-pause path has a specific definition: enabled groups with no non-removed ads in its current selection. A group with a paused ad is different from one with none. A group whose only ad is disapproved also contains creative, even though the policy result can prevent that ad from serving. Keep those distinctions rather than label all inactive delivery empty.
A group can also lack keywords, have an ineligible parent or be outside a schedule. Those are separate conditions. An empty-ad finding does not certify that every other required part is present. If the owner asks about launch readiness, inspect the relevant actual requirements instead of infer readiness from the existence of one newly created creative resource.
Use exact terms in client output. No ads found under the selected inventory is more bounded than broken group. No non-removed ads describes the bulk candidate rule. Paused creative and policy-disapproved creative need their own labels. This vocabulary helps the organisation select the right next task without confusing resource absence with every possible delivery limitation.
Keep status and policy states distinct
Google's ad-group status guidance distinguishes group state from campaign, ad and keyword states and explains their relationships. The enterprise should preserve that structure in its review. A group field being enabled does not establish that every child is enabled or every parent is ready to serve.
An ad's policy status is another observation. An enabled ad can be disapproved; a paused ad can have a different review state. A creative resource can exist without providing an immediately usable live ad. The inventory question and the delivery question therefore need different evidence even when they concern the same named group.
Do not repair one state by changing another without a clear request. Creating a new paused ad does not enable a group. Pausing a group does not delete its ads. Replacing RSA text does not automatically alter serving status or establish policy approval. A proposal should show each requested effect with its own actual target and retained fields.
When the owner asks why ads are not appearing, an empty finding can be one established fact among several possible questions. Obtain relevant current evidence for the actual resource rather than confidently assign every symptom to absence. The answer should state what the tool checked and which specific state remains unresolved.
Establish the audit population
The current account health reader inspects enabled groups under enabled campaigns and excludes its declared managed campaign population. The finding is gated to applicable ad-group campaign types. This scope should remain attached to the result. It is not a complete historical inventory of every paused, removed or differently structured resource in the customer.
A successful empty list means the selected comparison found no qualifying missing-ad groups. It does not prove every account structure has creative, every ad can serve or every destination is ready. The enterprise should preserve the actual query population instead of treating the audit's concise wording as universal account assurance.
The bulk preparation uses its own current query and candidate rule. It starts from enabled groups and checks whether non-removed ads exist. Its initial group discovery does not have the audit reader's enabled-campaign predicate. The displayed proposal must therefore be reviewed on its actual scope rather than assumed identical to the earlier audit list.
If the owner asks for one campaign, retain that constraint through evidence and action selection. A generic account bulk operation may be broader than the intended request. Resolve the supported scope explicitly, and ask for clarification or a rephrase where necessary. A convenient broad action is not a correct substitute for a narrower live request.
Use the correct campaign structure
Performance Max uses asset groups rather than ordinary ad groups. The empty-ad-group audit should not be advertised as a complete PMax asset review. A PMax-only account should not receive a clean result about a structure it does not use. The AI needs the actual resource framework to choose the relevant inventory and supported operations.
Other campaign types can use ad groups while requiring different creative formats. The dedicated RSA path is for standard Search groups. A Display or Demand Gen group should not receive an RSA merely because the audit found no ads. Resolve the campaign and group type before selecting the action instead of apply one creative builder universally.
Resource relationships should come from shared local definitions. The campaign is the parent of an ad group; an ad belongs through its relevant relationship. An asset group has its own structure. The framework should represent these distinctions comprehensively so the AI can select valid operations without a dedicated patch for each new example.
Local structure does not establish actual current resources. The tool still needs current evidence for a named parent, its type and relevant state. Separating those purposes avoids provider calls merely to rediscover known relationship rules while retaining the checks needed to prepare a precise live request for the correct account.
Keep successful absence separate from failed reads
An empty result from a successful applicable inventory can support absence in its selected scope. A failed read cannot. If provider access, refresh coordination or a query error prevents obtaining groups or ads, explain the unavailable evidence rather than calculate a confident no-ads list from whichever half happened to return.
The comparison depends on both populations. Group rows without a successful ad read do not establish that every group is empty. An ad read without the intended group population does not establish complete coverage either. The owner needs to know whether the actual set comparison completed before the finding can support a live decision.
A later reply should preserve an earlier gap. If the tool could not inspect existing RSA inventory, it should not suddenly claim no RSA exists because the user asked for creation. Conversely, an explicit create-paused request can have a supported path that does not require unrelated inventory checks. Evidence should follow the actual operation rather than a blanket assumption that every task needs every read.
Do not convert missing performance into zero when discussing the finding. A group with no current ads can still have historical activity from an earlier setup. A failed performance query says nothing about its recorded outcomes. Configuration absence, current state and historical measures remain separate layers even when the conversation concerns the same resource.
Resolve the group and actual campaign parent
A group name can be repeated across campaigns. A live request must identify the actual resource, while the displayed message should show the readable group and campaign. The owner should not need a raw identifier to distinguish intended scope. Correct parent labels are part of the confirmation boundary, not a cosmetic detail added after execution.
Keep the selected target through follow-ups. If the user has reviewed one empty group and says create an ad there, use that established group when unambiguous. If several groups remain plausible, ask which campaign or group they intend. Do not claim the context is unknowable simply because the follow-up omits the full resource name.
A removed or replaced group needs fresh identity. Another group with the same name is not automatically the original target. Current checks should establish the actual parent and supported group type before preparing creation or status effects. This avoids directing a request to a convenient similarly named resource the owner never reviewed.
Do not invent another ad group as the parent of a group. Do not display undefined fields or expose internal resource syntax in normal client output. The generic rendering layer should use declared relationships for all supported targets. A narrow fix for one output example would leave the same structural mistake available in other multi-step proposals.
Confirm whether preparation is intentional
An empty group can be an intentional preparation state. The team may be awaiting an offer decision, destination release or approved creative. The audit observes absence, not motive. Ask the owner for context where it matters instead of automatically describing the group as abandoned or a source of measured wasted spend.
Record the responsible owner and next step. A group awaiting creative has a different task from one the business no longer needs. An intended paused preparation state can also be clearer than leaving an incomplete group enabled, but a status proposal still needs the owner's explicit decision. The audit should not silently execute that preference.
A group created during a supported multi-step request may be temporarily empty before dependent effects complete. The final result should account for the actual chain. If the ad creation remains unresolved, show the established group separately and reconcile before retrying. Do not create another parent simply because the last step's result message was incomplete.
A useful decision can leave the group unchanged while the owner supplies missing information. This is not an unfinished automatic fix. State the blocker concretely, such as missing final destination or unconfirmed offer claims, and retain the target. The organisation can then continue from known context rather than repeat the entire setup conversation.
Connect the next step to the real offer
Before creating creative, establish what the group is intended to advertise. A campaign name can provide context but is not proof of the complete offer. Confirm the actual product, service, regional availability and desired customer task. This lets the AI generate useful text without inventing claims to fill required creative fields.
Separate confirmed business facts from suggestions. The owner can confirm installation availability or a specific range of equipment. The AI can suggest ways to express those facts. It should not invent a discount, accreditation, guarantee or delivery promise because the wording sounds stronger. The live proposal must use the selected desired text and supported fields.
Different groups in one enterprise can serve different offers. A creative set suitable for equipment sales may be unsuitable for training or service enquiries. Retain the selected group's purpose when preparing an ad rather than copy a generic account-wide message. Shared terminology does not establish interchangeable commercial intent.
If the owner only asks for ideas, provide ideas. A creative answer can be useful without provider calls or an account mutation. If the owner requests upload, the task changes to supported preparation and confirmation. This distinction should apply across headlines, descriptions, keyword suggestions and other creative conversation rather than depend on one recognised phrase.
Use creative conversation without unnecessary calls
The AI can brainstorm from confirmed product and group context. It should label suggestions as creative proposals, not measured winning text. Calling Google Ads is unnecessary merely to write alternative headlines when the business facts are already established. Actual creative inventory or measured performance needs its own evidence if the user requests it.
Preserve the user's selected wording through revisions. A follow-up asking for a shorter description should adapt the established idea rather than restart a new campaign plan. If the owner selects a complete set for upload, retain it in the proposal. Do not silently add unrelated headlines or replace their chosen offer with a generic product pitch.
When required live fields are missing, ask a focused question. The owner may need to provide a final URL or confirm a claim. Avoid asking for already established campaign context or treating an unavailable unrelated read as proof that creation is impossible. The supported operation should determine which evidence and values are actually required.
Brainstorming is not approval. An enthusiastic response to a headline idea does not execute ad creation unless the live proposal's confirmation flow is completed. The message should make clear when text is only suggested and when a reviewable account change is prepared. This lets normal conversation stay useful while preserving the boundary around writes.
Establish the intended final destination
An ad creation request needs the intended final destination. If the owner supplies a bare domain or address, the supported normalisation can add the appropriate HTTPS scheme for request preparation. That convenience is not a browser test or proof that the destination fulfils the offer. Keep URL syntax, reachability and commercial usefulness as distinct questions.
Do not invent a product page from a campaign name. A plausible address can still be wrong, inaccessible or unrelated to the selected offer. Use an established supplied destination or ask for it. Retain the group context while asking, so the user can answer with the missing value rather than restate the entire request.
A stored final URL can lead through regional redirects or a booking application. The account creation path does not inspect every downstream transition. If the owner asks for destination behavior, define the relevant route and obtain actual evidence. A successfully created ad should not be described as a verified end-to-end website journey.
The website owner can assess whether the route supports the intended task. This can remain open while the paused ad resource is created and verified. The handover should identify that boundary. An enterprise can prepare creative before launch without pretending that every implementation dependency has already been certified by the account API.
Understand paused RSA creation
The dedicated RSA creation tool targets a standard Search group and creates the ad paused. It requires a complete supported set of headlines, descriptions and final URL. Display paths are optional within their declared limits. The proposal should show the desired creative in readable rows so the owner can assess what will be uploaded.
Creating paused is a specific resource effect. It does not enable the ad group or campaign, and it does not mean the ad begins serving immediately. If the owner requests another status effect, show it separately with current applicable checks. A successful creation result should not omit that requested effect or imply it occurred automatically.
The paused creation path does not broadly read all other group ads merely to count enabled RSAs. It prepares the new paused resource and checks its resulting fields. Enabling has its own eligibility considerations. The operation should avoid unnecessary discovery while retaining the actual group type, required values and resulting-state verification needed for creation.
Do not promise RSA creation for every ad-group campaign type. An applicable empty finding can concern structures whose creative requires another supported format. Resolve the actual resource capability. If the requested creation is unavailable, explain that exact limitation rather than upload a Search creative to a different type or claim all creative creation is impossible.
Preserve existing creative and requested effects
An explicit create request differs from an ensure-it-exists request. Creating a new ad can have a supported path even when no broad existing-ad inventory is needed. Ensuring absence or avoiding a duplicate requires relevant evidence. The tool should follow the owner's actual intention rather than apply a single blanket inventory rule to both tasks.
Existing paused or disapproved creative should not be deleted because the owner asks to create another ad. Those resources have their own purpose and history. A removal needs its actual supported lifecycle operation and approval. The creation proposal should preserve unrelated configuration unless the owner explicitly selects another effect.
RSA replacement is another distinct task. The current edit path replaces supplied creative, retains serving status, removes pins and clears omitted display paths. Those consequences should be visible when that operation is chosen. Adding a new paused RSA is not interchangeable with replacing an existing one merely because both can add desired text to a group.
Keep multi-step effects complete. Adding keywords does not enable the group. Creating an ad does not fulfil an explicitly requested campaign status change. The framework should carry each selected action through proposal and verification so a convenient first step does not consume the request and silently omit the rest.
Treat pausing as an explicit status decision
Pausing an empty group changes its status. It does not create an ad, remove the group or repair a destination. The owner can choose that effect to make an incomplete or retired setup clearer, but the audit finding does not automatically authorise it. A proposal should say Pause ad group and show its actual campaign parent.
Do not claim measured savings from a group that has no current ads. Historical cost and current absence are different evidence. The business can choose a status cleanup for operational clarity without an invented waste estimate. A verified pause is a valuable precise result even when the review has not established a particular future budget benefit.
A campaign being paused does not necessarily make the group's own field paused. Parent state affects serving context, while resource fields remain their own observations. The actual bulk candidates can therefore differ from a live-serving audit population. The owner should see the proposed group-status effects before approval rather than assume they are identical to the earlier report.
A later enable request is separate. It needs applicable current checks and confirmation. An earlier creative discussion should not implicitly authorise re-enabling the group or campaign. Retain the known resource where unambiguous, establish actual current state and prepare the explicit supported effect instead of creating a replacement group unnecessarily.
Review bulk candidates independently of the audit
The conversational bulk-pause builder reads enabled groups and subtracts groups that have non-removed ads. It freezes those exact candidates into the prepared request. The initial group read differs from the audit's enabled-parent population, so the live proposal can include resources that were not in the earlier account finding.
A group with a paused ad remains outside this no-nonremoved-ad candidate rule. A group with disapproved creative also needs its own policy review rather than being treated as absent. This preserves the meaning of empty and prevents a status cleanup from quietly targeting every group whose ads are currently inactive.
Review names and parents in the actual displayed candidate list. If the request was limited to one campaign, ensure the selected supported action matches that scope. A broader account-level bulk effect is not a substitute for a narrower instruction. Ask for clarification or a supported split when the operation cannot express the intended boundary.
Partial outcomes need honest reporting. Establish resulting status for each requested candidate and distinguish completed effects from unresolved ones. A provider acknowledgement should not become a universal group-ready result. If verification remains incomplete after a possible write, reconcile current state before repeating the request.
Separate resource creation from launch readiness
An ad existing in the group resolves an inventory absence. It does not independently establish enabled status, policy eligibility, parent readiness, budget context or a useful destination. The enterprise should define which launch questions matter and obtain their actual evidence. A created-and-verified resource can be complete for its task while launch remains a separate decision.
Google's ad-review guidance explains that creation or editing starts review and that paused ads can be reviewed. Provider policy review is therefore distinct from the app's field readback. The final creation result should not claim policy approval simply because the stored text matches the desired request.
A release plan can coordinate these milestones. The creative owner confirms text, the website owner establishes the route, the account owner reviews status effects and the business owner defines the desired outcome. The app can support applicable evidence and live proposals without claiming that its confirmation flow certifies the entire enterprise launch process.
If the user asks to create and enable, keep both requested effects visible. The supported chain must establish the required resources and apply appropriate checks. If a step is unavailable or remains unresolved, say so precisely. Do not announce full launch completion when only the paused creation succeeded.
Sequence dependent resources correctly
A group needs its campaign parent, and a new ad needs its actual group. Existing resources provide current identity, while supported planned-resource chains use declared references. The AI should sequence these relationships correctly through the generic dependency framework rather than rely on a hardcoded example for one Search setup.
Local definitions establish valid structure without provider calls. They do not prove that a named campaign exists, that a group has the required type or that a current relationship is eligible. Focused reads answer those actual-state questions. Keeping structure and observations distinct reduces unnecessary discovery while preserving the precision of the live proposal.
Creating a campaign, group, keywords and creative has several logical effects. The shared safety limit may require splitting a larger request. The owner should receive a clear explanation and rephrase request rather than an arbitrary subset executed silently. Each prepared step should show the actual target and state, including paused defaults where applicable.
If the final dependent step fails, preserve evidence of established earlier resources. Reconcile before retrying so a second attempt does not create duplicate parents or ads. The result should identify what completed and what remains, allowing the enterprise to continue from actual current state rather than guess whether the entire setup must be repeated.
Coordinate account, creative and website owners
An empty-group finding can involve several teams. The account owner decides whether the group is still needed and approves live status or creation effects. The creative owner confirms desired claims and wording. The website owner establishes the destination. The business owner defines the useful outcome. Map responsibilities to those concrete questions rather than assign a vague fix-group task.
A shared conversation does not establish that every layer was checked. The account API can verify stored creative without inspecting the website. A confirmed offer can support text without establishing policy approval. Preserve what each owner actually confirmed and what remains open so the handover does not become a broad assurance assembled from unrelated partial observations.
Planning responsibility can be conversational. The AI can draft a useful task list from established context without calling every provider. Actual account facts need evidence, and live effects need the supported confirmation flow. This division keeps the review responsive when many users interact while retaining the checks required for a precise request.
Do not claim the app enforces an organisational approval hierarchy it has not implemented. The enterprise can complete its own internal review before the connected owner confirms the displayed proposal. That process complements the tool's actual authorisation boundary. The final message should describe the approved and verified effect, not an imagined broader sign-off.
Use stable commercial measures where requested
A configuration inventory does not necessarily need performance. If the owner asks for commercial context, establish the selected outcome and period. All primary conversions, purchases, leads, calls and a named action have different populations. Retain the user's intended measure rather than substitute whichever total is easiest to retrieve.
The primary-only aggregate includes the selected primary actions and excludes secondary actions. Several primary actions can contribute. The report should not silently deduplicate overlapping implementation or revise the selection according to an audit heuristic. A separate investigation can assess configuration if requested, while the ordinary report remains an honest account of the selected current convention.
Primary conversion value can include nonpurchase values, including leads or calls. Use that label rather than call every monetary aggregate purchase revenue. A purchase-specific selection should retain its narrower category. Named actions need actual identity, and their definitions should survive follow-up charts and thresholds.
A GA4 lead comparison needs the corresponding event selected for the site's actual implementation. The AI can suggest likely names from the available list and confirm meaning when uncertain. Revenue from all traffic divided by advertising cost should be described as blended ROAS or MER. A current empty-group finding does not decide those reporting definitions.
Keep configuration and reporting periods clear
Current inventory describes the resources observed when read. It does not prove a group lacked ads throughout last month's traffic. Historical activity can belong to an earlier setup. If the user asks when the group became empty, use available bounded change evidence or appropriate organisational records rather than fill missing history with current absence.
Resolve last thirty days as the intended rolling window, not last calendar month. Preserve dates through follow-up graphs and identify a partial current day when included. A changed graph end date can make a release comparison misleading even when the inventory read itself was correct.
A verified creation or pause establishes a task boundary, not a rewritten historical report. Record timing internally when it matters to later comparison. The enterprise can then distinguish an actual field change from changes in offer, traffic or measurement definitions during the same period.
Daily charts need actual daily observations. Do not spread a period total across dates to manufacture a trend. If the tool cannot establish the requested grain, obtain a supported focused read or explain the missing evidence. A truthful inventory and period summary is more useful than a visually complete series whose individual points were never measured.
Preserve exact conditions and coverage
A follow-up can combine current configuration with performance thresholds. Preserve above, below, equal and their inclusive forms exactly. Cost at or above a value differs from cost strictly above it. Keep AND and OR distinct. The shared report framework should carry these conditions across subjects rather than use an empty-group-specific interpretation.
State the grain. Filtering groups whose whole-period total qualifies differs from filtering daily group rows. Combining current absence with historical cost does not imply the group had no ads on every historical day. The output should explain the selected evidence layers instead of turn a convenient join into a causal story.
Ratios need aligned base measures. Combined cost per selected outcome uses summed cost and count, not an unweighted average of group ratios. Missing observations and undefined denominators should not become zero. Keep currency and selected action scope clear, particularly in a portfolio whose accounts have different commercial definitions.
Coverage belongs in exact totals. A bounded or selected inventory can answer its scoped question without representing every account resource. Use supported filtered reads where appropriate and explain remaining gaps. Do not retrieve a convenient partial set, filter it locally and present an exact enterprise-wide count without complete corresponding evidence.
Follow an illustrative enterprise review
The following situation is invented. Maple Assembly is preparing regional service campaigns. Its account owner, Isla Reed, asks which active groups lack observed ads. The app returns the audit population with readable group and campaign labels. It does not say every group is abandoned or assign a measured waste amount to current absence.
Isla selects the Service appointments group and confirms that its creative was intentionally awaiting approval. She asks for headline ideas based on a confirmed offer. The AI answers conversationally without claiming measured winners or uploading anything. Isla chooses a complete creative set and provides the intended destination for a supported standard Search RSA.
The proposal shows a paused RSA creation in the established group, with headlines, descriptions and final URL each readable. It does not imply the campaign will be created or enabled. After Confirm and Execute, visible progress appears while current checks and provider work proceed. The resulting ad fields establish the requested creation effect.
The final result makes executed and verified prominent while policy review, destination testing and launch decisions remain separate. Isla later requests group enablement as its own supported effect. The handover preserves each actual milestone, avoiding a broad group-fixed message that would conceal which status fields changed and which launch tasks still belong to their owners.
Retain context and narrow evidence reads
A named group question should not automatically fetch every product, campaign setting and event. Use the established resource and retrieve evidence needed for the actual next step. The local capability framework already describes its valid parent relationship and operations. Provider calls should establish current facts rather than rediscover structural definitions repeatedly.
A presentation-only follow-up can reuse returned observations. Reformatting the inventory into a table or explaining one row does not automatically need another full health scan. A changed customer, new reporting period or live action can justify focused evidence. Keep those reasons distinct so concurrent enterprise conversations do not multiply unnecessary provider work.
Preserve short references. If the owner says create it in the group we just discussed, use the established target when unambiguous. Ask a useful clarification when several remain plausible. Do not route the request to an unrelated interface or claim creation is impossible merely because the follow-up lacks the full campaign name.
Creative assistance can remain conversational. Actual account claims require evidence and writes require supported preparation and approval. This general intention distinction should apply across suggested headlines, descriptions, keyword ideas and plans. A narrow exception for one brainstorming phrase would leave other creative requests unnecessarily slow and tool-driven.
Show clear steps before confirmation
The proposal should show the actual group and campaign, then each requested effect in a visible step section. A pause needs its exact status outcome. An ad creation needs its paused status and desired creative. Keep raw IDs, undefined parents and technical payload walls outside the client message so the owner can understand the consequences immediately.
One confirmation covers the supported bounded set of logical actions. If a request exceeds the shared safety limit, ask the owner to split or rephrase rather than execute an arbitrary subset. Creation, keyword additions and status changes remain distinct effects. A vague complete-the-group label should not hide omitted enablement or an unsupported creative format.
State “No changes have been made yet. This proposal expires in 15 minutes.” Confirm and Execute authorises the displayed scope. Creative discussion, agreement with a suggestion or a prior unrelated approval does not execute this proposal. If the owner changes target or desired effect, prepare a revised reviewable message.
Use the enterprise approval guide for the decision boundary and the enterprise audit guide for wider context. The owner should recognise the concrete effect rather than assume an audit recommendation automatically certifies or completes the entire launch setup.
Verify each requested effect honestly
Show prominent change-in-progress feedback immediately after the click and make controls inactive. The owner should see that confirmation registered while current checks and provider work run. The interim message should not mention the user. A silent unchanged proposal can encourage repeat clicks before the first operation's result arrives.
Validation checks the prepared supported request. Verification checks resulting resources, fields and relationships. A successfully submitted ad operation is not automatically complete independent readback, and a created resource is not proof of group enablement. Each requested effect needs the appropriate resulting evidence before the full request is described as executed and verified.
If some effects are established and another remains unresolved, show them separately. A group can exist while an ad readback is incomplete. Reconcile current state before retrying a possibly successful write so duplicate parents or creative are not created blindly. The final message should not imply nothing happened merely because one verification step was unavailable.
Make the verified result prominent and describe the actual configuration outcome. Keep policy approval, destination behavior and commercial performance outside that claim unless their own evidence was obtained. A precise completed account task can coexist with a remaining implementation or launch task without either being concealed.
Present a readable result and accountable handover
The result should identify the selected population, actual finding, owner decision and verified effects in readable rows. Keep internal resource syntax, emails, provider payload fields and operational timestamps outside ordinary client output. Apply the same discipline across Slack, web and files, rather than make one format clear while another exposes a technical dump.
A requested native performance chart should normally combine compatible labelled series where supported. Respect the series limit and explain selection needs when necessary. Longer periods can use stated weekly or monthly aggregation unless daily detail is explicit. Explicit daily requests beyond twenty points per series need split native charts with the reason, rather than silent fragmentation or an unrequested image.
Use readable dates and actual week ranges, omitting unnecessary years for current-year daily labels. Display metrics with no more than two decimals and calculate ratios from full-precision base values. In ordinary AI replies, place the user mention before feedback text and controls so feedback remains last. Clear presentation should reinforce the actual scope and completed milestone.
The handover should preserve deliberate preparation, retained fields and remaining owners. An empty-ad-group audit is strongest when it distinguishes inventory absence from every delivery limitation and supports the owner's actual next step. It can complete a precise pause or creative task while leaving policy, website and business evaluation with their appropriate evidence and responsibility.
